Welcome to Kernow Klimber. Based amongst the dramatic sea cliffs and rolling moorland of Cornwall, Kernow Klimber offers high quality rock climbing instruction and guiding services to all those wishing to improve their climbing and mountaincraft skills.
My courses and private guiding cover a wide variety of activities. These range from navigation training, ideal for those wishing to find their way across moorland and in the mountains, to advanced rock climbing and multi-pitch sea cliff adventures. I can deliver this instruction at all levels of ability and experience, from absolute beginner upwards.
I can give a level of flexibility and personal service that I’ve noticed larger organisations can’t: we will put together a programme around your specific experiences and aims and I can suggest climbs that I think you will enjoy.
"Pete is a great guy, recommended for a fun day"
“I have been climbing for 35 years, but the two days I spent recently on Cornish sea cliffs with Kernow Klimber, Pete Greening, are certainly some of the best days I’ve ever had. The crags and routes that Pete chose were absolutely perfect for me and his infectious enthusiasm boosted my confidence. Pete’s knowledge about local history and culture further added to the experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Pete as an instructor or guide.”
Steve Aisthorpe, Kincraig. July 2013
"I had a great time climbing with Pete for 5 days recently. His company, instruction and knowledge of the area and routes was excellent, which all made my time climbing a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I would certainly recommend Kernow Klimber for anyone wishing to explore the great climbing that Cornwall has to offer."

"Back in our RAF days Pete took me up to Wales for a week of progressive climbing. The man is an inspiration and you can't help but soak up his passion for climbing! Had an awesome week, which pushed me further than I thought I would go, top memories! Give him a buzz and get out there, can't recommend him enough!!"
