Welcome to Kernow Klimber. Based in Cornwall, with its dramatic sea cliffs and rolling moorlands to explore and conquer, Kernow Klimber offers high quality rock climbing instruction and guiding services to all those wishing to improve their climbing and mountaincraft skills.
The courses and private guiding cover a wide variety of activities. These range from navigation training, ideal for those wishing to find their way in lowland areas and across moorland, to advanced rock climbing and multi-pitch sea cliff adventures. Kernow Klimber can deliver this instruction at all levels of ability and experience, from absolute beginner to the experienced climbers, just wanting to hone & develop their skills or explore unknown crags.
Our personal service offers a level of flexibility that larger organisations cannot. Programmes are developed and tailored to suit your experience levels, expectations and aims. These are discussed and organised in advance, combined with extensive local knowledge of the county and beyond. Our aim is to provide you with a memorable experience, where you will have had an adventure, enjoyed yourself, but also been challenged and learnt new skills!
For those looking to gain formal qualifications in the outdoor industry; Kernow Klimber, in conjunction with Garland Mountaineering, also delivers Mountain Training Leadership Awards and Skill Courses, in the South West.

Here, at Kernow Klimber, We're Good To Go! This means we are following Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines to help minimise the risk of infection and transmission. We have a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. We are looking forward to getting back out on the crags, cliffs, and moorland with you.
